Fee Schedule

NON-REFUNDABLE REGISTRATION FEE

To reserve your child’s 2018-2019 Rambam Day School placement and to receive the early registration discount, RDS must receive completed enrollment papers no later than March 31, 2018. For those students enrolled after March 31, 2018 the full registration fee is applied.

MULTI-STUDENT TUITION DISCOUNT

Families with more than one child enrolling in RDS receive a 5% multi-child tuition discount after the first child.

SCHOLARSHIPS

Scholarship applications are available from the administration office. In order to have a timely response to your scholarship request all scholarship applications must be submitted no later than May 1, 2018. Students will not be admitted prior to scholarship approval or completion of financial agreements.

**CAMPUS MAINTENANCE FEE

The Campus Maintenance Fee is per family (not per child).  This fee is in lieu of the work program.

FINANCIAL AGREEMENT

Parents are required to fill out the Financial Agreement attached to the Enrollment Registration Form. This Financial Agreement has to be completed, signed and turned in with the student(s) application in order for enrollment to proceed. Failure to complete and turn in the required paperwork will hold up the enrollment process and may incur penalties.

VOLUNTEER HOURS

Every family is required to give a minimum of ten hours to the school. Rambam Day School needs our parent body to be active in all of our various projects and events. We need everyone working together as one unit to increase camaraderie amongst the entire parent body, and for each family through various means, to support the financial stability of Rambam Day School.

The annual fee is an amendment, and the additional charge if your child stays after 3:35 is an amendment.

 

DROP INS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED IF THE APPROPRIATE SUPERVISION IS IN PLACE. THE DAY CARE PROFESSIONAL WILL MAKE THE DETERMINATION.

DISCLAIMER INFORMATION

Registration fee is non-refundable.

Bank draft payments will include snack fees.

Tuition for students entering school after the starting date will be prorated based on the number of days the student attends school.

If a student is withdrawn from RDS for any reason (voluntarily or involuntarily), tuition is owed for the days enrolled.

Report card, test results, diplomas and transcripts will be held until all tuition and fees are paid in full and all library and text books returned.

For Automatic Bank Drafts, a voided check must be submitted to the school.

APOGEE SCHOLARSHIP FUND

The RDS Board of Directors has adopted a policy requiring all families to apply for the Apogee School Tax Credit Program. This program provides a dollar for dollar "Tax Credit" on the Georgia income tax return. If families pay Georgia state taxes there is no financial loss to the contributing family and the funds are vital to the existence of Rambam Day School. Obviously, if a particular family is not required to pay Georgia state income taxes, this requirement will be waived. Students may not be admitted to the school without this requirement being met.

Applications for the Apogee Scholarship Fund are accepted each year on June 1st. Families are only obligated to participate at the level of their personal Georgia State Tax Obligation. These funds directly offset the scholarship dollars Rambam Day School awards each year to qualifying participants.
