Elementary Curriculum

Kindergarten through fourth grade is a full day program from 8:15 a.m. to 3:35 p.m. Secular studies are taught during the morning hours, with Judaic studies taking place after lunch until the end of school day.

Our dual program prepares the children to be knowledgeable about our secular world, and to have an in depth understanding of their Jewish heritage.


Secular Studies Include:


Accelerated Reading Introduced in First Grade
Wordly Wise Vocabulary Introduced in Second Grade
  • Language Arts
  • Math
  • Social Studies
  • Earth Sciences
  • Creative Writing
  • Computer Classes
  • Physical Education

Hebrew Studies Include:

  • Hebrew Language
  • Alphabet Recognition
  • Hebrew Writing Skills
  • Chumash (Introduced in First Grade)
  • Mishna
  • Navi (Prophets) (Introduced in third grade)
  • Yahadut (Lessons about Israel, Jewish holidays and a variety of Jewish topics)
  • Siddur Instruction (Siddur presentation in First Grade)
  • Gemara (study of Talmud) (Introduced in 5th grade as an optional enrichment class)
